NISL 2010 Mandatory Spring Schedule Meeting - March 14, 2010 . . .

The Northern Illinois Soccer League / N.I.S.L. was founded in 1975
as a competitive youth soccer league for Boys and Girls ages
U8 through U19.
It provides the day-to-day organizational structure for more
than 1,200teams in 86 Chicago area communities.

It is one of the largest youth soccer leagues in the state of Illinois
with over 1,800,000 people visiting the site per month.

Referee Technical Area

If the area is not designated, then the area will be for each team and includes one yard on either side of the designated seating (bench) and up to one yard from the touchline.

Participating players, coaches, assistants, and trainers shall occupy the Technical Area.  Coaches must remain in the confines of the Technical Area during play, and all must have current NISL/ISCA credentials.

Tactical Instruction
Only one person has the authority to convey tactical instructions.

Conduct
All occupants are subject to the disciplinary control of the referee.
