CHICAGO(Jan. 27, 2017) – The Chicago Fire Soccer Club signed midfielder Djordje Mihailovic as a Homegrown Player on Friday. The 18-year-old becomes the ninth Homegrown signing in Fire history.
It is MANDATORY that all teams are represented at this meeting! Representatives are not permitted to leave early. Come prepared with schedule changes. Any team that fails to have a representative at the meeting will be fined $100.
The Northern Illinois Soccer League - Women's Chicago National Premier League kicked off this week with twelve matches. On Tuesday night the 2003's and 98/99's played their first game under the lights at Olympic Park in Schaumburg, Illinois. The atmosphere was electric as sixteen teams began their quest to reach the NPL Finals. The opening night attracted several college coaches that were scouting players at the 98/99 matches.

PALM COAST, Fla. (July 7, 2016) - Top National Premier Leagues (NPL) girls teams are invited to apply to the 2016 NPL Showcase, Dec. 29-31 in Palm Coast, Fla. This will be the third annual edition of US Club Soccer’s girls college showcase.
The NPL Showcase features three age groups made up of the following birth years: 98s/99s, 00s and 01s. It will be hosted at Indian Trails Sports Complex in a competitive environment conducive to collegiate recruiting. During last year’s event, more than 100 college coaches and scouts made the showcase part of their recruiting efforts.
Only teams finishing in the top four of their league’s previous season standings, or who will participate at the 2016 NPL Finals, are guaranteed acceptance into the 2016 NPL Showcase. A list of accepted teams will be published on nationalpremierleagues.com by Aug. 15.
“We look forward to welcoming the NPL’s best girls teams for the third consecutive year,” NPL General Manager Leo Garcia said. “This showcase is designed to not only provide an arena for college recruiting, but also to give teams an opportunity to participate in high-level games that will help them eventually contend at the NPL Finals.”
The Northern Illinois Soccer League (NISL) will be offering this Fall 2016 a Boys Fall Only High School division that will play Saturdays or Sunday at various central locations Registration can be completed thru the Online NISL/Bonzi System and completed on or before July 1, 2016.
